How it works:

  1. Customer provides us with a recent copy of their electric and gas bill.

  2. We request a usage profile from their utility. We then send the customers customized energy profile to a pool of our gas and electric suppliers for a fixed rate quote with terms from 12 to 60 months. This process usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

  3. Once we have received their customized price quote, we will determine the best gas and electric supply rates and term options for their business.

  4. After the customer has made their selection, we will provide them with a fixed price gas and electricity contract that is tailored to their needs.

  5. Once their gas and electric contract starts, they will continue to be billed by their utility but with the fixed rate from their new supplier.

Note: Accounts with over 20MW of annual usage can receive fixed electric and gas pricing through the Reverse Auction process.

Reverse Auction is an online procurement process where a buyer invites multiple

electricity suppliers to compete for their business by submitting bids to provide energy

services. During the reverse auction, sellers lower their prices to win the contract, driving

costs down for the buyer.
